Mindful challenge




Most of us find comfort in turning on the ''auto pilot'' in our consciousness and simply glide through life unaware, wondering in dreamland, fast asleep. 
We focus most of our energy (thoughts) on the past and the attempt to see into the future and even perhaps, alter the future, whilst walking asleep in our Now moment.
I challenge you yet today, to focus your mind to the Now moment. Your current feelings, your very own current thoughts, and the world around you as it is, rather than as you wish it was; and share with us how your world magically changes in front of your eyes - Be enlightened...
