Fears

One of the universal laws is that we attract what we fear.
Our thoughts create element's that create what happens to us, and hence creates our reality.
Often our fears tend to take on a life of their own.
They, too, produce an energy, perhaps more subtle then direct thoughts, but also more intense and more powerful. The problem with fear is that they are always there.
How do we cope with fears?
It's amazing how many levels fear can take. We can have known fears, unknown fears, terror, etc. Known fears are such things as the fear of being alone, fear of being poor, fear of illness, fear of losing a loved one, fear of accidents, fear of spiders, snakes, etc, and the list goes on.
Then there are unknown fears such as you feel something bad is going to happen, but you don't know what. A constant state of unease develops and you always feel the worst is going to occur.  This is normally true of em paths, who tend to pick up things from other dimensions, or from entities that tend to prey on negativity.
Terror is the most extreme fear, and it will often occur after bad new, an accident, or even from the act of doing something that is important to you, such as giving a speech or going to a job interview.
One of the things I've noted about fear is that acknowledging and talking about them seem to reduce their power. This might be due to bringing the fear out into the open so you can examine it. Often when something is hiding in darkness, it's difficult to look at it. By talking about it you can not only help see the fear for what it is, but it reduces the power of it at the same time.
Often when you come to terms with your fears, you change your mind set, and the elemental that was created no longer as any resonance with you, so you stop attracting what you fear.

It is said that the opposite of love is fear, and those are the only two opposing forces. Everything else in-between can be put down to this.
When I first heard this, I immediately rejected the idea, as it seemed unlikely... And yet, when I actually tried to find an example where it would not be true, I failed. Things either seem to be based on fear or love.

So perhaps when a person has this deep fear if they try to focus on love it might diminish the fear if not drive it away altogether.
