We all imagine ourselves the agents of our own destiny, capable of determining our own fate. But have we truly any choice in when we rise? Or when we fall? Or does a force larger than ourselves bid us our direction? Is it evolution that takes us by the hand? Does science point our way? Or is it God who intervenes, keeping us safe?

When we see the road ahead and it looks so inviting it becomes very difficult not to run full speed in the direction that we wish to end up, the problem is that when we take off like that we can many times miss the landscape around us and this landscape can offer many alternatives the destination can be really very important, but what good is the journey without experiencing plus the landscape might lead you to a whole different destination and that destination might be the path that you have been seeking you whole life.
