In United States approximately 4,000,000 people have been physically abusedin one shape or form and almost 20,000,000 experience verbal, this statistic about abuse creates a false dichotomy. In truth all verbal abuse is physical abuse. Most people are largely unaware of how energy works, modern society draws an arbitrary and in accurate distinction between the two. Words are energy, energy of abusive words penetrates our energy centers pounding the body as hard as any fist might . There can be no verbal abuse without a corresponding physical abuse, even if the effects of the words do not manifest in the body in identifiable ways. So if words can be that hard on the body that abusive, can you imagine what love would do, just imagine how the world would be like if we all could express love, and no anger or hostility, and the healing that would occur .
