Mason jar filled with fresh homegrown sprouts 1 cup chopped carrots 1 cup 10 different bean mix 1 cup brown rice Chopped cilantro Minced garlic Miso soup paste Mini cubes of tofu Nori seaweed All thrown in a slow cooker and simmered filling the house with wonderful smells till ready to eat the yummy goodness
